The highly developed clamp technology ensures fast and reliable cubing. The handling of thin products and unusual shapes is without problem. If necessary several grabs can operate independently in the same cubing line.
The integrated marshalling system with product slide and separating table allows the product layers to be split and combined as necessary for the product pack. Its is also possible to form cubes with tine holes.
Encoder control and proportional technology is essential for an optimal clamping action. The clamping travel and pressure for main and auxiliary elements are independent of each other and can be adjusted for different product types. |

The REKERS cubers feature a rigid and stable box section main frame. All axes are operated by maintenance free servo motor drives. The REKERS micro computer controls all the functions and optimises the travel movements. Also, the cuber frame can span large distances when more than one grab unit is used.
The 4-sided product compactor reduces the clamping time of the cuber and also eliminates possible surface scratching of the bottom product layer when doubling.Additional devices fitted to the cuber grab allow products to be shifted relative to one anther for ease of cubing and laying.

By using the same clamping technology in the product doubler as in the cuber it is possible to assemble two or more layers prior to cubing. The doubler can be fitted with an optional turning unit.
The product slide and separating table allow the product layers to be marshalled so that it is possible to form a different product layer for packaging, also possible in two directions.
A pallet dispenser can be integrated into the packaging system whereby all product packs can be assembled on shipping pallets if required. The pallet conveyor automatically feeds stacks of shipping pallets placed on it to the dispenser. |
